Onsite Operations - Connecting the Dots!
Specific program areas of expertise: hotel room block management, food & beverage, hospitality desk, meetings and ad hocs, group/individual activities, executive/VIP needs, room drops and special amenities, entertainment, transportation, onsite billing, and overall team lead or co-lead.
Effective guest services representative: handles conflict management and resolution, fosters recognition programs/milestones, anticipates guests' needs, creates valuable connections, and manages contingency plans for onsite emergencies.
Coordinates directly with client contacts, guests, vendors, suppliers, and onsite teams pre-program, during, and post-program.
Experience in coordinating day-of logistics for exhibitions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent multi-tasking computer skills and an aptitude for new technologies.
